Information submitted through a contact, demonstration or quotation form is used to understand and respond to the request, route it to appropriate personnel, prepare a proposal, and protect the form from spam or misuse. Dexik does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under California law. Dexik does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

A recipient may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or contacting Dexik. Opting out of marketing does not prevent service, security, transaction or relationship communications that remain necessary.

Dexik's websites and business services are not directed to children under 13, and Dexik does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact Dexik to request review and deletion.
